Sundowners is my third feature film.

It stars stand-up comedian and Comedy Cellar regular Phil Hanley and musician Luke Lalonde (Born Ruffians) – both making their acting debuts – alongside groundbreaking actor-comedian, Tim Heidecker (TIM & ERIC, THE COMEDY).

The movie was filmed primarily in Santa Marta, Colombia and supported by Telefilm Canada. The film was released theatrically in Toronto, New York City and Los Angeles with screenings presented by JASH and The Comedy Cellar. It was distributed by both Factory 25 and The Orchard in the US and LevelFilm in Canada.

The film was named one of The Globe and Mail’s Top Ten Canadian Films of the Year.
